Alan Gin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Alan Gin founded ZeroNines Inc., a predecessor of ZeroNines Technology Inc., in May 2000 to implement and deploy the Internet operating system of the new millennium. Mr. Gin led a virtual team as the Chief Architect, developing the ZeroNines® Architecture.

Prior to founding ZeroNines, Mr. Gin held numerous executive and management positions at Hitachi Data Systems, Storage Tek, AT&T Global Information Solutions, Wang Laboratories and Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Gin attended Hawaii Pacific College from 1974 to 1978 in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has lectured, co-authored manuals and reports and conducted classes on designing and auditing networks, client-server strategies and implementing financial systems. He is listed in Who’s Who in the Computer Industry for his experience in designing and implementing mission-critical financial applications on controlled global area networks.

Keith Fukuhara
Chief Technical Officer

Keith Fukuhara is a co-founder of ZeroNines and is the Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Fukuhara identifies and evaluates emerging technologies and their applicability to the ZeroNines® Architecture. He utilizes over 15 years of experience in the Focused Solutions and Systems Integration industries to create business solutions from emerging technologies and trends.

He has held principal consulting and project management positions at Hitachi Data Systems, SecureIT, (later purchased by Verisign), StorageTek, AT&T Global Information Solutions, Wang Laboratories and Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Fukuhara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science from San Francisco State University. He also holds certifications in Checkpoint Firewall?1, Novell NetWare, and Constellar Data Exchange Engine.

Sean Myers
Co-Founder and Director

Sean Myers co-founded ZeroNines in 2001, is currently one of the company’s largest investors, and has been instrumental in raising capital since its inception. He joined the ZeroNines board of directors in 2011 and leads key business development activities.

Mr. Myers has been an entrepreneur for the last 30 years and has excelled in creating sales channels and developing distributors. In 1989 he founded Pure Potential International and since has recruited, trained, and managed tens of thousands of distributors in the United States and abroad.

Over the past 12 years Sean has invested in numerous technology companies, both individually and as a partner in Pinnacle Capital Partners which he co-founded in 1998.

Sean is an avid adventurer who enjoys nearly all sports including basketball, tennis, golf, heli-skiing, kayaking and sailing. He built one of the first 50 foot Lagoon catamarans, researched the latest trends in oceanic sailing, then sailed with his family from November 2006 to January 2008 starting in France and ending in Australia.

He is also very active in philanthropy and has served on the board of Colorado Uplift since 2002 and more recently on the advisory board of Elevate New York.

Mr. Myers attended the University of Kansas and graduated with distinction in 1987, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Economics. He also taught accounting for the KU business school.

Charles I. Brown
Outside Director

Charles I. Brown became a Director of ZeroNines Technology, Inc. in early 2003.

From 1992 until his retirement in 1997, Mr. Brown served as a Director and Executive Vice President, and as Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. which was acquired by Eli Lilly and Company in December 1995. From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Brown was active as a Financial Consultant to and a Director of several banks and corporations. Mr. Brown was Chairman of the Rawlins National Bank, Rawlins, Wyoming, Chairman of the American National Bank, Laramie, Wyoming,and Chairman of the Prudential Bank of Denver, Colorado. He also served as a Director of Izzo Systems, Inc. From 1974 to 1982, Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice President and a Director of Energy Fuels Corporation, a privately owned mining company acquired by Getty Oil Company in 1982. From 1959 to 1974, Mr. Brown served as Vice President-Finance of Western Nuclear, Inc. acquired by Phelps Dodge Corporation in 1970.

Mr. Brown received a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard University in 1959 and a Bachelor of Arts, in geology, from Williams College in 1954. Mr. Brown was a Trustee of the Colorado Outward Bound School and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Colorado State University Research Foundation. Mr. Brown was born in Bombay, India.

Tech Advisory Board    

In addition to the core management team, the ZeroNines founders have assembled a team of advisors, known as the Technical Advisory Board, who provide guidance in all facets of the business, including the relationship of technology to the following business drivers:

The role of the ZeroNines Technical Advisory Board is to provide independent advice to core management. It differs from a traditional board of directors because it is less involved in day-to-day strategic and operational issues and focuses on how the ZeroNines® architecture can provide technical client solutions. The Technical Advisory Board comprises members from ZeroNines’ alliance collaborators and other highly respected professionals in the IT industry.
